Soft Rain

Soft Rain

Soft Rain is a poignant claymation short directed by Sacha Goedegebure, depicting a man grappling with depression as he navigates a surreal day under the influence of happy pills. His altered perception transforms the mundane into a whimsical world of pink, fluffy raindrops and cheerful encounters, blurring the line between reality and illusion. This 7-minute film delves into themes of mental health, perception, and human connection.

The animation is rich, colorful, and full of quirky little details that make every moment visually engaging. The story teeters between melancholy and wonder, drawing you into a world where perception and reality play a gentle game of hide-and-seek.
